I would like to apply to some usa universities that offer PhD degree in French language. I hold a Master now, yet I m eager to pursue my higher education in a PhD program. So, could you please give me the name of some univs which are the best at that prgram?
i realize that this is a Canadian program, but the University of Toronto seems like a fantastic place to consider. The University has a great reputation and so does the city, for being fun, green, internationally diverse, and cool.

I dont live in usa but if you search for anything related to diploma in french you can search for the nearest (centre francais ) and mail them or go t their and they will help you
centre francais help people to know about french it is something like british council but for french and it exist in all country
